YogaSix is here to help littles and parents get the wiggles out through grounding, breathing, stretching, & mindfulness. Join us every Wednesday morning, May 5th – June 29th for yoga and movement!
- Member Movement (9:00 am – 10:00 am):Members are invited to spend some time in the Mind + Body studio working on mindfulness, flexibility, and breathing.
- Yoga Flow (10:00 am – 11:00 am): YogaSix is hosting yoga every W ednesday at Pretend City in the Traveling Exhibit! Miss Becca will be here to teach 15 minute classes to help coax mindfulness and grounding , and to held get those wiggles out!

Grown-up Tip: Sometimes we move so fast we forget to breathe! Before bed, s pend some time connecting with your breath through Balloon Breaths. First place your hands on your belly and imagine you have a balloon in there. Then, take a deep breath and feel your balloon fill up with air. Next, breathe ou t and feel your balloon release all the air. Breathing with intention helps you connect with your lungs, heart, and belly.
