Cooking With Allie & Skunky

(TIME: 11am ONLY)

In this session, 13-year old experienced baker Allison Su will introduce the ingredients used to make boba, a Tawianese street food, and demonstrate how to make them. Her puppet, Skunky the Skunk and Val the Formosan bear will assist her as well as engage the children. At the end of the demonstration, you will have a chance to sample her (and Skunky’s and Val’s!) homemade boba!

About the play partner:

Allie first started baking during covid-19 and it became her passion. Since then, she has started her own bakery, taught baking summer camps at home three years in a row, sold her desserts at a “Youth Entrepreneur Fair ”, and won blue and red ribbons at the OC Fair for various desserts she made.
