About the play partner: Leah is an accountant by day and a writer by night (and lunch breaks and weekends). She started “Benny on the Move” because she wanted to make the world a little kinder, brighter and more compassionate, one Benny book at a time.
She grew up in Canada but has called sunny Southern California home since graduating from CSU Long Beach in 2016. Growing up, her mother, a kindergarten teacher, and her father always encouraged her to seek knowledge at every opportunity, as her dad would always say: the mind is a terrible thing to waste!
She loves ducks, traveling, and making people smile (in no particular order) and now we have Benny, an adventurous little duckling in a BIG world who wants to inspire other kids to be curious about the world around them!
